Locations: Anywhere in the United States of America and several other Countries. We are cloud-based and work globally.
Experience Required: No experience is necessary, but to work in the USA, a Real Estate license is required to apply.
Qualifications: Our Ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

- Has a growth mindset, and commitment to being a lifelong learner
- Above-average communication and relationship-building skills
- A high level of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy
- Good with technology
- Goal oriented, with a focus on personal development, and natural inclination to set high goals, and go after them
- Able to bounce back from rejection, and solve problems creatively
- Good with numbers and calculations
- Has some form of income outside of real estate sales (if new to the industry)
- Ideally is experienced with a minimum of 2 - 3 years in the industry (but is not required).
Typical Day in the Life of a Commercial Agent
- Prospecting new client relationships, both in person and via phone, and networking with other industry professionals
- Advising clients in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies
- Preparing thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including broker opinions of value (BOV), market comparables, and research
- Researching the local market and staying up-to-date on industry trends, and what's happening in business community
- Marketing exclusive property listings to qualified buyers
- Prospecting new client relationships, both in person and via phone, and networking with other industry professionals
- Negotiating exclusive listing agreements, and purchase and sales agreements
- Participating in best-in-class training virtually, and ongoing skills-development workshops
- Giving market tips and insights on video
